The Project Engineer generates and manages implementation of approved projects as assigned. Tasks include processing and packaging operations with adherence to quality standards, strategic planning involvement, root cause analysis and problem resolution. Reports to the Director of Engineering.
Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, this newly created role will provide generalist support to field locations. The Regional Human Resources Manager will develop and administer company-wide policies and programs to address a broad range of human resources issues including employee development, training, succession planning, performance management, recruiting, training, compensation & benefits, and safety.
The Corporate Safety Manager will work with Mizkan Americas Corporate Office (MPO) and Supply Chain Organization to implement and support the Mizkan Americas safety strategy. This individual will be responsible for providing the support and oversight to MPO as well as all Supply Chain facilities. They will also develop and mentor site resources to ensure a safe and compliant work environment for employees while enabling the manufacturing process to be a low-cost producer.
The Business Development Manager is responsible for providing support and administration for the Sales organization.
