    • Ssamjang Short Ribs – These Korean BBQ-inspired short ribs pack a flavorful punch. We created a house-made gochujang sauce and marinade with the tasty Mizkan Red Jalapeno Puree that adds spiciness and heat to the short ribs. We garnish the ribs with red jalapenos quick pickled in Mizkan Organic Rice Vinegar, and then top the dish with a simple salad of fresh micro green cilantro with toasted white and black sesame seeds.
    • Fresh Georgia Peach and Orange Peel Shrub – For this refreshing drink, we steep Mizkan Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with fresh peaches and orange peel for three days and finish each glass with refreshing ginger ale.
    • Hatch Green Chili Grilled Cheese – This grilled cheese is all grown up. We layer creamy melted Mexican Cheese with slow-roasted carnitas that have been marinated in Mizkan Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. We then add sweet green chili jam – which includes Mizkan Hatch Green Chilis macerated with sugar and Mizkan Organic Apple Cider Vinegar – and nestle it all between two slices of buttery bread and griddle it until golden. The sandwich is garnished with micro greens tossed in Mizkan Organic Apple Cider Vinegar and olive oil.
    • Charred Grapefruit & Spicy Jalapeno Paloma Shrub – This shrub is a smoky, spicy kick. We first marinate grapefruit halves and jalapenos in Mizkan Organic Apple Cider Vinegar and fresh grapefruit juice for 3 days. We then remove the fruit and peppers from the liquid and char the grapefruit on the cook surface. We juice the grapefruit and combine the juice with the vinegar mix, and finish with a splash of sparkling ginger ale and a sprig of cilantro.
    • Tipsy Vanilla Moonshine Cherries over Griddled Pound Cake – We steep cherries in vanilla and Mizkan Denatured Moonshine for 5 days and then cook to reduce. We then spoon the cherries across griddled pound cake and top with a Mascarpone whipped cream that has been infused with Mizkan Angostura Bitters. It is garnished with an orange gastrique featuring orange rind pickled in Mizkan Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, honey and orange juice.
