Marinated Salmon Grill



4 fresh filleted salmon steaks 
1 green onion 
1 package shimeji mushroom (champignon) 

3 Tbsp. Mizkan HONTERI® Mirin Seasoning 
3 Tbsp. rice wine (sake)
3 Tbsp. soy sauce 


Cut each salmon steak into three portions. Wash green onion and cut it into1inch length. Separate Shimeji mushrooms into small sections.

Combine HONTERI, rice wine (sake) and soy sauce to make marinade. Place salmon pieces in marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Remove salmon from marinade and grill or broil for a few minutes on each side.
