Asian Slaw

Ingredients

Dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup NAKANO Seasoned Rice Vinegar Original
1 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. sugar

Salad
1 bag (16 oz.) fresh coleslaw mix
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
3 green onions, sliced

Directions

In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. In a large bowl, toss together coleslaw mix, cilantro, and onions. Add dressing and toss to coat. 

Makes 6 servings.
