Cheesy Chili Dip
2 lbs Ground Beef
1 ea (large) Yellow Onions, chopped
2 ea Garlic, cloves, minced
2 cans (28 oz each) Tomatoes, canned, un-drained
2 cans (15 oz each) Tomato sauce
1½ cups HOLLAND HOUSE Red Cooking Wine
2 tsp Salt, Kosher
6 tsp Chili Powder
2 tsp Cumin, ground
1 ea Green Pepper, diced
2 cans (15½ oz each) Black Beans, drained, rinsed
7 oz Chihuahua Cheese
16 oz Velveeta Cheese
First make the Hearty Chili:
In large saucepan, brown ground beef with onions; drain.
Add remaining ingredients except green pepper and black beans.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
Simmer uncovered 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Stir in green pepper and black beans; simmer until thoroughly heated.
Once chili is done, in medium saucepan, combine cheese and chili. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted, stirring constantly.
Yield: 20 servings

Serve warm with tortilla chips
Garnish with grilled sweet corn, pepper jack cheese, heirloom or vine ripe tomato, Cotija cheese and scallions
