Chutney Salad Dressing

Winner of the Clever Creations Recipe Contest


2 Tbsp. prepared chutney of your choice
1 tsp. powdered mustard
1/4 cup HOLLAND HOUSE Malt Vinegar
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. sea salt or kosher salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil


Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and process until smooth. 

Suggestions: This is excellent on green salad, crackers, shrimp cocktail or served with cheese. Recipe can be doubled and will last in refrigerator for up to two weeks. Good general-use dressing with nice balance of sweet and sour.
