Grilled Rib Eye Tacos

Don't let the simplicity of this recipe fool you! Ponzu sauce is a perfect marinade for red meats, and grilling the rib eye will help with getting a slightly sweet crust on the grill.

1 lb. rib eye, thinly sliced (about 1/4 inch thick)
1/2 cup MITSUKAN Ponzu Citrus Seasoned Soy Sauce
1 bunch of spring onions

Marinate the meat with 1/2 cup ponzu sauce for 30 minutes in a zippered plastic bag. Discard the liquid and bag, and grill meat over medium-high heat just long enough for each side to get grill marks and cook through.

Serve with grilled onions, which can also be marinated with ponzu sauce if you like, and corn tortillas. These tacos also go great with guacamole or a fresh green salsa.

Makes 2 servings.
