Mu Shu Vegetables


1 cup grated carrot
2 green onions, thinly sliced, including tender tops
4 cups thinly sliced Napa cabbage
1/2 cup WORLD HARBORS Maui Mountain Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce (or WH Hot Teriyaki), plus 1 cup for dipping
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 Tbsp. chunky peanut butter
Vegetable cooking spray
Six flour tortillas, 6” diameter


Spray a non-stick pan with vegetable cooking spray. Add carrots and cook over medium heat for 1 minute, stirring frequently. Add green onions, shredded cabbage, Teriyaki Sauce, and sesame oil and cook 1 minute more. Set aside.

While vegetables are cooking, wrap tortillas in a clean dish towel and microwave 1 minute on high or until hot.

To assemble, place 3 tablespoonfuls of the vegetable mixture in cent of tortilla. Wrap up like a burrito.

To make the peanut dipping sauce, combine peanut butter and 1 cup WH Teriyaki in a small bowl. Microwave 1 minute on high, stirring midway to blend.
