Seafood Kabobs


1/2 lb. halibut, swordfish, monkfish, salmon, or tuna, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 lb. each peeled, de-veined shrimp and whole sea scallops
1 cup (or more) WORLD HARBORS Maine's Own Lemon Pepper & Garlic Marinade & Sauce
1 red onion, cut into eight wedges


Cut large scallops in half. In a glass bowl or re-sealable plastic bag, marinate fish and seafood in WH Lemon Pepper and Garlic. Turn to coat evenly. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Thread alternate chunks of fish and seafood with onion onto skewers. (If using bamboo skewers, soak 30 minutes to prevent burning.)

Broil or grill over medium-hot coals, 3-5 minutes on each side, basting and turning frequently.
