Barengo - Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Vespa (Three Leaf)


A delicate balance of sweet and acidic, this balsamic adds a tart richness to almost any dish. We use organically grown Trebbiano grapes from Modena, Italy in order to craft the highest in quality vinegar. The result is a mellow, sweet and sour essence with a fruity and full-flavored finish.
