Quick Grilled Chicken



3 boneless chicken thighs
Black pepper to taste
2 cloves garlic 
2 Tbsp. Mizkan Sushi Seasoning
1 Tbsp. cooking oil


Cut each chicken thigh into three portions. Sprinkle with black pepper.

Slice garlic cloves thinly lengthwise and insert them into the chicken meat.

Heat oil in a frying pan and place chicken into the pan, skin side down. Brown the meat and flip to the other side. Add Mizkan Sushi Seasoning to the pan. Cover the frying pan and continue to steam fry the meat over low heat.

When chicken is fully cooked, remove the cover and continue frying to crisp the chicken skin. Add black pepper to taste and serve.
