Seaweed and Cucumber Vinaigrette Salad



1/2 cucumber 
1 oz. dried wakame seaweed 
1/4 tsp. white roasted sesame seeds 

Salad dressing mix
3 Tbsp. Mizkan Rice Vinegar 
1 Tbsp. soy sauce 
2 Tbsp. sugar


Cut cucumber crosswise into very thin slices. Rehydrate dried wakame seaweed in a bowl of water and when the wakame seaweed becomes tender, cut into bite size pieces.

Arrange the seaweed and cucumber slice mix in a small bowl. Pour salad dressing over the salad and serve.
