Somen (Chilled Japanese Vermicelli Noodles)



8 bundles somen noodles
1 tsp. fresh ginger, grated (adjust to taste)
1 green onion, chopped finely 

Sauce for dipping noodles (mix the following)
2 1/2 oz. Mizkan Soup Base
7 1/2 oz. water


Bring water to boil in a large pot. Cook noodles until done. (Noodles take only a few minutes to cook.) 

Arrange cooked noodles in an individual bowl. Put grated ginger and chopped green onion in separate bowls as condiments. Add your choice of condiments into the dipping sauce mixture and enjoy the noodles.
