Teriyaki Bowl



1 large boneless chicken thigh 

1 1/2 Tbsp. Mizkan Soup Base
3 Tbsp. Mizkan HONTERI® Mirin Seasoning
3 Tbsp. rice cooking wine 

1/2 green onion 
2 servings hot cooked rice 
1 tsp. sliced dried seaweed sheet 
1 Tbsp. cooking oil 


Slice chicken thigh meat in angles into bite sizes. Prepare the seasoning mix and marinade chicken pieces in the seasoning mix for 10 minutes.

Cut green onion into 2 inch length and grill till soft in a frying pan. Set aside.

Heat oil in frying pan and brown chicken.

When the meat is browned, add the marinade over the chicken and continue to cook in low heat until the sauce thickens. 

Place hot cooked rice into an individual bowl, spread sliced dried seaweed pieces over the rice and top with chicken and green onions to serve.
