Easy-peasy Jamaican Jerk Chicken 


1 chicken thigh or two for every person
1 large pepper, cut into strips
1 onion, cut into strips
1 large carrot, cut into strips
1 cup snow peas, trimmed
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. of oil
WORLD HARBORS Jamaican Style Jerk Marinade


Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Place in a large plastic resealable bag; add enough marinade to cover the chicken. Marinate the chicken for at least 3 hours.

Grill the chicken using your preferred method (gas grill, coal, etc.) While the chicken cooks, sauté the vegetables and garlic. Serve the chicken with the vegetables.
