Edamame Hummus with Ponzu

A take on the traditional hummus, this tasty dip combines fresh edamame flavored with Mitsukan Ponzu Sauce, Mitsukan Sriracha Sauce, ground cumin, ground coriander and fresh parsley.


10 oz. (2 cups) edamame, thawed
3/4 cup MITSUKAN Ponzu Sauce
1 Tbsp. tahini sauce
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. ground coriander
3 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
1 tsp. chili oil
1 Tbsp. fresh Ginger, finely chopped
4 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
1/2 cup water


In a food processor, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.  Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with extra chili oil, whole edamame and extra Ponzu sauce.
