Mango Chile Lime Popsicles


For the popsicles
1 cup Mangos, chopped
½ cup Water
1 Tbsp. Agave Nectar
2 Tbsp. NAKANO Mango Flavored Rice Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Lime Juice
½ Tbsp. Lime Zest

For the chile dip
2 tsp. Ancho
¼ tsp. Cayenne
2 tsp. Lime zest, chopped
½ tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Turbinado Sugar (raw sugar)


  1. For the popsicle, combine all ingredients in a blender except lime zest. Puree until smooth. Stir in lime zest. Fill each 3 oz. popsicle molds. Let freeze over night.
  2. For the chile dip, combine all ingredients. Sprinkle over popsicles or dip as desired.
