Quick & Yummy BBQ Dip

Forget the high-fat Ranch dressing. Instead, swirl those carrot and celery sticks, broccoli tops and baked chips into our simple, tangy barbecue dip. And if the kids have to have their chicken nuggets, our ketchup-based dip offers a non-fat alternative -- for fries, fish sticks, onion rings too.


1/2 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp. NAKANO Seasoned Rice Vinegar – Roasted Garlic or Original (Use 1 Tbsp. for kids)
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. chili powder (Use 1 tsp. for kids)
Hot pepper sauce to taste (optional)
Assorted vegetable dippers: petite-cut carrots, celery sticks, jicama sticks, broccoli florets, baked vegetable crisps, baked pita chips


Stir together ingredients. Taste and add more chili powder, if desired. Serve immediately or cover and store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
