Simply Guacamole

A key ingredient in all guacamole is a bit of acid to keep the avocado bright green. A splash of NAKANO does the trick and adds tasty flavor.


2 large ripe avocados
1 Tbsp. NAKANO Seasoned Rice Vinegar—Roasted Garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Hot pepper sauce to taste


Cut avocados in half lengthwise and remove pits. Scoop pulp into a medium-small bowl and mash with a fork. Sprinkle in remaining ingredients and stir. If avocados are small, start with 2 teaspoons Nakano reasoned rice vinegar. Add more if desired.

Serve as a dip with tortilla chips, pita chips or veggie chips. Or spoon over tacos, tostadas or quesadillas.

Makes about 1-1/4 cups.
