Spanish Tapas - Roasted Bell Pepper with Tapenade

This is an especially easy preparation if you use store-bought roasted red peppers and tapenade. Both can be found near the olives and pickles.

Ingredients

Roasted red peppers
Olive tapenade
Loaf of rustic Italian bread or French baguette, sliced
NAKANO Seasoned Rice Vinegar—Roasted Garlic or Original

Directions

Drain peppers and cut into strips. Place on top of the bread along with some tapenade, black olive or green, or a combination. Splash with NAKANO Seasoned Rice Vinegar—Roasted Garlic or Original.
