    Product is obtained from the acetous fermentation of alcohol derived from sun ripened grain, adjusted with water to 4% acidity.

  • 5% (50-GRAIN)

    Product is obtained from the acetous fermentation of alcohol derived from sun ripened grain, adjusted with water to 5% acidity.

  • 9% (90-GRAIN)

    Product is obtained from the acetous fermentation of alcohol derived from sun ripened grain, adjusted with water to 9% acidity.

  • 10% (100-GRAIN)

    Product is obtained from the acetous fermentation of alcohol derived from sun ripened grain, adjusted with water to 10% acidity.

Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 4% (40-GRAIN)

    Product is made by the alcoholic fermentation and subsequent acetous fermentation of the alcohol and juices of apples, adjusted with water to 4% acidity.

  • 5% (50-GRAIN)

    Product is made by the alcoholic fermentation and subsequent acetous fermentation of the alcohol and juices of apples, adjusted with water to 5% acidity.

  • 6% (60-GRAIN)

    Product is made by the alcoholic fermentation and subsequent acetous fermentation of the alcohol and juices of apples, adjusted with water to 6% acidity.

Apple Cider Flavored Vinegar

  • 4% (40-GRAIN)

    Product is obtained from the flavoring and coloring of White Distilled Vinegar (diluted with water to 4% acidity), with natural flavor and caramel color added to reproduce the flavor and appearance of Apple Cider Vinegar.

  • 5% (50-GRAIN)

    Product is obtained from the flavoring and coloring of White Distilled Vinegar (diluted with water to 5% acidity), with natural flavor and caramel color added to reproduce the flavor and appearance of Apple Cider Vinegar.

Red Wine Vinegar

  • 4% (40-GRAIN)

    Product is obtained from the alcoholic fermentation and subsequent acetous fermentation of the juice of grapes or wine stock, adjusted to 4% with water to this specific strength.
