Product is made by the alcoholic fermentation and subsequent acetous fermentation of rice grain by saccharification and adjusted with water to the specific strength.

Seasoned Rice Vinegar

Seasoned 4% (40-Grain)

Product is made by the alcoholic fermentation and subsequent acetous fermentation of rice grain by saccharification, seasoned with salt and sweetener, adjusted with water to the specific strength.
