Spicy Bacon Bloody

TIME: 25 Minutes
PRODUCTS: Mizkan Red Jalapeño Puree


10 small slices of bacon

2 Tbsp. Mizkan Red Jalapeño Puree

4 Tbsp. dark brown sugar


60 oz tomato juice or Bloody Mary mix

2 oz Mizkan Red Jalapeño Puree

½ oz Worcestershire sauce

½ teaspoon celery salt

1 lime, sliced

1 red jalapeño, sliced

10 small pieces of celery


  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Line a baking tray with a sheet of parchment paper and lay bacon slices in a single layer on the parchment. Brush with Mizkan Red Jalapeño Puree and sprinkle dark brown sugar on each slice.
  3. Bake the bacon for 15 minutes or until crispy. Set aside to cool.
  4. In a pitcher, combine tomato juice or Bloody Mary mix with Mizkan Red Jalapeño Puree, Worcestershire sauce, and celery salt.
  5. In a glass over ice, pour 6 oz of the mixture. Garnish drink with lime, red jalapeño slices, celery, and bacon.
