Red Cooking Wine

A blend of quality red wine and distilled spirits giving just the right balance of flavor. This could be used in place of other RED varietals like Burgundy or Cabernet. Adds a rich, robust flavor to dishes. Great for marinating meats.

White Cooking Wine

A perfect blend of quality white wine and distilled spirits. This should be used in place of WHITE varietals like Sauterne, Chablis, or Chardonnay. Perfect for use with seafood or chicken. Adds a light, dry flavor to meals.

Marsala Cooking Wine

Dry with hints of chocolate and caramel, Marsala can add a touch of sweetness to any dish. It pairs exceptionally well with chicken.

Sherry Cooking Wine
