Crispy Vinegar Herb-Roasted Chicken Club

TIME: 10 minutes
PRODUCTS: Mizkan Apple Cider Vinegar


Brine for Chicken
2 cups Mizkan Apple Cider Vinegar

1 cup apple juice

4 cups water

3 Tbsp. salt

1 ½ tsp. black pepper

1/3 cup brown sugar

1 sprig fresh rosemary

1 tsp. fresh thyme, chopped

1 whole chicken


Tzatziki Spread
4 Tbsp. Tzatziki

1 Tbsp. sour cream

2 tsp. Mizkan Apple Cider Vinegar

4 oz Brined Chicken, pulled

2 Tbsp. Mizkan Apple Cider Vinegar Tzatziki Spread

4 slices bacon

6 slices tomatoes

4 slices Focaccia bread

3 oz Mizkan Organic Apple Cider Vinegar chips

4 leaves Romain lettuce


  1. To make the brine for chicken, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, add the chicken, and let it marinate for 2 hours in the fridge.
  2. Heat the oven to 365 degrees F and place chicken on a rack and pan and let it roast for roughly an hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
  3. To make the Tzatziki Spread, combine the tzatziki, sour cream, and Mizkan Apple Cider Vinegar.
  4. To assemble the club sandwich, spread Mizkan Apple Cider Vinegar Tzatziki Spread on each slice of bread. Place a leaf of lettuce on each slice.
  5. On the bottom slice of bread, place 2 strips of bacon and 3 slices of tomato.
  6. Evenly distribute the pulled chicken between both of the sandwiches, top with the other slices of bread, and enjoy with Mizkan Organic Apple Cider Vinegar Chips.
