Mini Breakfast Torta with Green Chile

TIME: 20 minutes
PRODUCTS: Mizkan Green Chiles


2 round torta rolls, hollowed out

2 Tbsp. Mizkan Green Chiles

2 eggs, scrambled

2 Tbsp. Chihuahua cheese

2 Tbsp. Chorizo sausage, cooked

2 Tbsp. avocado, smashed

2 tsp. sour cream

2 Tbsp. black beans

¼ cup matchstick fries

Salt and pepper, to taste


Green Chile Aioli
1 cup Mizkan Green Chiles

1/3 cup mayonnaise

Black pepper, to taste


  1. In a bowl, combine Mizkan Green Chiles, avocado, and sour cream.
  2. In the hollowed out torta rolls, add the rest of the ingredients, finishing with the scrambled egg and Chihuahua cheese.
  3. Put the top on the torta and toast both sides on a skillet.
  4. To make the Green Chile Aioli, combine Mizkan Green Chiles, mayonnaise, and black pepper in a food processor.
  5. Serve torta with matchstick fries and a side of Green Chile Aioli.
