Angostura® Bitters Popcorn

PRODUCTS: Angostura bitters


6 Tbsp. Angostura bitters

4 Tbsp. butter

½ cup sugar

2 tsp. ground cinnamon

2 Tbsp. almond milk creamer

8 cups popcorn, popped


  1. Preheat oven to 325° F.
  2. Add Angostura bitters, butter, sugar, and cinnamon in a small sauce pot over medium heat; simmer and stir for 3-5 minutes, until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. Remove the mixture from heat and add creamer.
  4. Place the popped popcorn in a large mixing bowl and evenly pour heated mixture over popcorn.
  5. Distribute popcorn on a large baking sheet and put it in the oven for 8-10 minutes; stir every 2-3 minutes.
  6. Allow the popcorn to cool at room temperature and serve.
