Roasted Cauliflower

SERVING: 1 quart
TIME: 25 Minutes
PRODUCTS: Mizkan Red Wine Vinegar


1 head cauliflower

2 Tbsp. Mizkan Red Wine Vinegar

1 Tbsp. roasted garlic concentrate

2 Tbsp. olive oil

2 tsp. chipotle pepper flakes

½ tsp. salt

½ tsp. ground black pepper

1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped

1 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 450° F.
  2. Cut up cauliflower into medium-sized florets.
  3.  In a small mixing bowl, combine Mizkan Red Wine Vinegar, roasted garlic concentrate, olive oil, chipotle pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, parsley, and rosemary; toss half of this mixture with the cauliflower.
  4. Place the cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast it them in the oven until golden brown, approximately 15-20 minutes.
  5. Once golden brown, remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss it in the remaining spice mixture.
  6. Serve hot or chilled.
