Salmon Sauté

TIME: 20 minutes
PRODUCTS: Mizkan Citrus Soy Pon Shabu sauce

Ingredients

4 salmon fillets

4 oz daikon (Japanese radish)

1 oz butter

4 Tbsp. Mizkan Citrus Soy Pon Shabu sauce

2 Tbsp. wheat

1 Tbsp. oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Wash and grate daikon.
  2. Evenly season salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and wheat.
  3. Warm up oil in a skillet and pan fry the salmon fillets until both sides are well cooked. Once cooked, add the butter and coat salmon.
  4. Place fillets on a plate, serve with a side of grated daikon, and top with Mizkan Citrus Soy Pon Shabu sauce.
