Shabu Shabu

Pot dish with sliced beef.

PRODUCTS: Mizkan Sesame Goma Shabu sauce, Mizkan Citrus Soy Pon Shabu sauce

Ingredients

1 lb beef, sliced

4 Chinese cabbage leaves

2 green onions

8 shiitake mushroom

¼ carrot

3 oz saifun (or cellophane) noodles, prepared

3 Tbsp. Mizkan Sesame Goma Shabu sauce or Mizkan Citrus Soy Pon Shabu sauce

Directions

  1. Cut cabbage leaves, green onions, mushrooms, and carrot into bite size pieces.
  2. Arrange sliced beef, cut vegetables, and noodles on a plate.
  3. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
  4. Cook the sliced beef, vegetables, and noodles in the boiled water and dip in Mizkan Sesame Goma Shabu sauce or Mizkan Citrus Soy Pon Shabu sauce.
