Apricot Shrub with Orange Peel

TIME: 10 minutes
PRODUCTS: Mizkan Apple Cider Vinegar


1 cup Mizkan Apple Cider Vinegar, divided

5 fresh apricots, pitted and sliced

1 orange, peeled

3 cups ginger ale


  1. In a small bowl, soak the apricot slices in ½ cup of Mizkan Apple Cider Vinegar.
  2. In another bowl, soak the orange peel in the remaining ½ cup of Mizkan Apple Cider Vinegar.
  3. Let both of those marinate in the refrigerator for 3 days.
  4. After 3 days, puree the apricot mixture and combine it with the soaked orange peels.
  5. In a pitcher, add the mixture with the ginger ale and serve over ice.
